Badminton is a nice sport. But what is the meaning of grit? and what do you need it for?
The scientist, who formulated the term grit, Angela Duckworth explains:
“Grit is passion and perseverance for long term goals. Grit is having stamina. Grit is sticking with your future, day in, day out, not just for the week, not just for the month, but for years. And working really hard to make that future a reality.”

If you do so you will learn that the most important factor for reaching your goals is not talent, or IQ, or money, or good looks, or good luck, or whatever …. It is grit!
